Starting a difficult new job

I have started a new job with Bruister & Associates, which is a company that installs DirecTV. I want to know has anyone worked at this company before. How do they specifically train people for the first time? What would the schedule would be like when they first receive it, and what can they do to work around the schedule if I had to go back to school? How do the supervisors direct their employees through difficult situations with technicians and customers? I need specific notes in order for me to feel less complicated in this workplace.
