Anu Malik Vs Alisha

Alisha, Javed Akhtar and Udit Narayan are polite and decent agreed, but Anu Malik tells on the face of the participant as to where all the person has committed mistakes, that's why people feel he is rude.

i think what made American Idol, on which Indian Idol is based, different from other talent search shows was the approach of the judges. its concept was to tell the contestant truth about their performance, if they are bad then they are bad, if they are good then they are good. if you also watch American Idol you can find they are still following the same concept.in Indian Idol,i think, in first two shows they maintained this basic concept but in this one except for Anu Malik every other judge is ignoring this. and Alisha actually shows over humbleness in judging the performance of the participants. i think truth should be said honestly without sugar coating it and sweet talking. Indian Idol judges shouldn't forget the main theme of the program!
