Is The CIA and Other Intelligence Agencies Censoring Wikipedia??

According to clues accumulated by citizens from around the world, the CIA and other intelligence agencies are planting wrongful information into Wikipedia. If this is true, it means that thousands of people from all over the world have believed their propoganda. I hope this is just a rumour or conspiracy theory, but we do not know and are not entitled to know what our intelligence agencies are up to. All our taxes pay for their activities and we aren't even allowed to know what they are using our money for! Do you think that Wikipedia is not a great free online encyclopedia but a propoganda ridden business?
