Are these scam sites or not? Does anyone know?

Yesterday i responded to someone looking for referral to a site called 3-dollar-mail.com . I went to the site, and posted that the site didn't look quite right to me. I googled the site and came up with another site called 2-dollar-mail.com which has links to all these other sites. The earnings are unbelievable, not as in fantastic, but actually as in un believable. As far as I can tell, there are 11 sites total, but when you click into them, you can tell they are all set up from the same company or person. I have seen some discssions posted for the 3-dollar site, but not on the other ones. Does anyone know whats going on. The person who posted the other day said he was a member for only 1 hour and had earned $47.
