You might have noticed I haven't been here all day long....and I hope to catch up...eventually...LOL
I'm working and buildiing a new website to show off my craft items that I make and sell...and it's taking a tad long to do, but just wanted to let you know folks I haven't bailed out here..hehe
So I just popped by to let you know everything is okaie dokie with me, but need to spend time working on my crafts website
The reason I decided to build a site to show my crafts, is that a fellow MyLotter asked me to send her my catalog...I do have one and saved as a PDF file but it didn't go through as the size is just a tad too big to send....drat...it's about over 23MB
So I decided to build a website for my crafts, so next time someone wants to see my crafts will just have to direct them to my site...Hope to catch up soon here...

I'll bare with you if you bare with me...I just finished my site earlier tonight
All my crafts are Native American based...like dreamcatchers, beaded earrings, my widdle teddy bear...Now have to start hustling and working on them again to have things ready made and in stock

Don't feel bad. I have been finding myself over at Gather a lot more than here lately. I have been popping in just to see what my friends are up to. I am so far behind on discussions that I don't know where to start.lol. I do want to see that website when you are done with it.

I wish you well with your site, and will be patient with you. Since not to long ago I created a website from scratch and I know how long it can take to create a website. One again good luck and I wish you much success with it.

You Go Girl! Do what needs to be done. We will all still be here for you! I know you are working really hard on your site, and I know it can't be easy. It takes a lot of work. We all have our times when we have to do things. Just remember we are not slaves to mylot. We are here because we choose to be. We all have a real life. We can't be here 24/7, even if we would like to be. So take your time on your site, and do get some rest :).

Woo! That sounds interesting.
You will have to send me the link once you've gotten it finished.
I wish you well on getting it up and running - I know it can be tedious.
Have fun!

Just an idea. You could check out "site build it" where you can create your own web site and have it promoted and do everything you need to help sell your crafts online. But it is not free although you get everything for a reasonable fee.

That's great that you do crafts too....mine are all Native American based as I am part Native--like dreamcatchers, etc.

What a great idea- If you make them to sell- why not on the internet- That way people can view them from all over- I buy a lot of patterns and supplies online for my wood crafts- I never thought about selling them online- Probably wouldn’t- maybe through e-bay- I can’t wait to see your website and see all the goodies you make! Hurry up already- LOL.. : ) I’m not a patient person.

You're doing pretty well Pye...look how far behind I am. I've had a few days where I've missed a session because i've needed to be elsewhere...It's hard to catch up but I will do so eventually.
Your craft site is faboo by the way. Fancy you just creating it like that. Hope you're getting lots of hits and orders as well.
I love the little Swift Bear.

I understand you situation. In fact, we members of myLot are happy that you have finally decided to make your crafts available for us to see and probably buy. You know, it is also my dreams to be able to sell some native products we have here in my place through the internet.
Maybe we could suggest to have a myLot marketplace here where members of myLot could easily share products for interested buyers. I am sure a lot of myLot members will appreciate this idea. It could be like a mini-ebay, just in case it could be feasible and possible.
What do you think of this idea? Nonetheless, I am congratulating you on this new venture. by the time your site is up and running, we would to visit it someday.
Long live!

That's ok. I haven't been "with it" lately, either, not posting at all, and responding very sporadically. But I'm still here, somewhere...

I think that's great news, pyewacket! It's fine to have a bird in the hand, but it's even better to have a couple more in the bush, LOL. I hope that your site will be up and running soon as I would like to see some of your crafts too. I'm sure it will all be well worth the trouble when you finish your labors. Good luck to you.
