Man has been curious about nature and the universe for tens of thousands of years. From this very curiosity and thirst for knowledge rose religion, philosophy and branches of natural sciences. In a small way, each of the blind man was right .But noe of them was able to understand or describe the whole elephant .Each of them feels one part of the entire beast and asserts his notion of the elephant as the only the interpretation, which ,of course,is incomplete and ludicrous in an observer's eye. This fable tells us that in order to understand the whole we must stop looking at the world from the a perspective based solely on our own experiences to give an adepuate and objective descriptions of things aroud us.
