Whats the best way to get rid of a stalker?

I have recently noticed the other night i have a stalker. My friend teased me about it, though at some stage i didn't think it was funny, he was following where i was, looking at me watching me, and its creepy. My friend told me that im safe he wont do anything to me though what about if im not around anyone and he's there still watching me, and wanting to touch me, like last time. What would u do?

Oh my gosh. Your friend is 100% Wrong! Stalkers are very dangerous and you need to seek police help right away! What all has he done to you? So far is he just watching you from a distance or is he approaching you or make physical contact with you? Has he threatened you in any way yet? No matter what he has done, you need to report him to the cops.
Do you know him from a past relationship or acquaintence or is he a stranger?

He was just a stranger...but all is good now...i haven't seen him since i was last out...and i think he got the picture. But next time i'll take actions when he does that again. Thanks for the advice.

Well, I'm glad he's out of your life now! I hope he doesn't show up again. But yes, if you do notice him around again please alert the authorities! Even though I don't know you I would hate for something to happen!
