help! why my computer run slow?

It could be a number of reasons why your computer is running slowly. I'm not computer expert myself. What kind of connection do you have? It could be a virus. How often do you run anti spyware? Could be there's too many programs running, not enough memory?

first,i don't think it was a virus,at least my Kaspersky anti-virus hasn't tell me.second,i don't like to run too many programs,because it it hard to find the program which i want to use.last,i seldom down programs,films or games by bt.i doubt that whether my computer was used for long?i have used it for only 2 and a half year!Are there some problems in the hard dardware?

this is a very difficult thing to anwser to.
its like saying i threw my PC from 15 m hight , and it doesnt work , what could have been broke?
i think the best option you have is just formatting and reinstalling the operationg system (windows)
if you dont want that , go to download.com and download a system optimiser (take one with a high rating , there are plenty of them) and run it.
if it isnt any better , post back , and ill give some more specified advice

I hope you will tell us about the results of the above suggestions. When our computer got slow we were entirely clueless, and to tell the truth, we still are. But anyway, dusting the inside of the cabinet really helped us so much. So I suggest you to try dusting too along with checking for viruses and low memory. Best of lucks! :)
