Music match jukebox and Apple IPOD synchronization

Does anyone use music match software to synchronize with apple ipod mp3 player? I have been using the combo for the past three years, but oflate the synchronization is not perfect. Some songs are not downloaded to my player, for reasons unknown to me. Can anyone help in this regard?
