have u heard about biotechnology??? as it is said everywhere that its an upcoming field.. and there is a lot os scope in this field... do u believe all this??? and how much more time will biotechnology take to make an impact in india????

Yes I have heard of biotechnology. Actually the title of my degree is Bachelor of Applied Science - Medical and Applied Biotechnology. Since I graduated in 1983 and the field had been around for some time then I don't really see it as an upcoming field, rather a field that has been around for a while but there is still a lot more to find out.
Some biotech companies have done well, others were total flops so care is needed.
No one can really predict how long something will take to have an impact in any area of the world, however, if you are eating any GMO's that is the result of biotech, likewise anyone who has insulin is taking advantage of a biotech product due to gene splicing and that's just a couple of examples.
