i have found many cities and towns throughout the U.S that i have just fallen in love with. so i cant really pick a favoite.
There's Savannah, Georgia- I loved the historical district, it looks completly untouched by the modern world, (except for the cars instead of the horses and carriages), and i love going down to the River Street. it has so many little stores, a huge candy store, toy store, Irish pub (which when im of age i will check out), clothing stores, ice cream parlor, little resteraunt, and the streets preceeding the river there are so many more stores and restaraunts. o it is awesome, and none of them are chains either. just one of kind businesses.
Oatman, Arizona- Its a really small town on Route 66. it has only one street. again, completely untouched. you can see from one side of town to the other. and it looked like it was right out of those old western films. it was so cool. and they had wild burros (look like donkeys) roaming the streets and the mountains around it. they have one or two resterraunts, a clothing store, mainly wetern wear. a small hotel turned museum in which Clark Gable (from gone with the wind, rhett butler) and one of his wives stayed for their honeymoon. it was really nice there, and the people were so kind and friendly. and just about a mile out of town, you will find a gold mine in which is still in operation, look it up and you can take a tour there, its pretty cool.
Cody, Wyoming- we discovered this town about a half hour or an hour outside of Yellowstoe National Park, (which is a great place to go). we were just going to drive through here but we spotted a horse trails which we went on and took us up a mountain. on top we heard the national anthem which came from a stadium far below. there was a rodeo going on, so we went to that after the rides. the rodeo goes on everday june-august. brings tour buses in to. but the town was pretty nice, not to big, not really small.
New Orleans, Louisana- i go here about every 3 years since i was a babe. we have lots of family down there. i love the french quarter. i love the charm of the whole city. if every you go, get a room on the quarter, they have nice rooms, and then go to breakfast at Cafe Du Monde. they have great resteraunts and good southern style cooking. its beautiful there. and go alittle south to the Bayou and take tours through the swamps where you will see the gators. but bring bug spray! its really kool in the swamps, i went on one boat ride and we fed marshmallows to the gators. (becuz looked like rotting flesh, which they eat.)
well theres a few of my favorite cities/towns. i would recommend everyone to go there.

also, Seattle, Washington was really nice, the view form the Space Needle is spectacular.
and Amarillo, Texas. its a big city, loads of good resturaunts, my favorite is The Big Texan. good steak, has a hotel, stables on the property, and in the resturaunt theres the 72 oz steak contests, again really good food, at supper there is a group of men who go from table to table singing whatever song you want (country music) they are really good! there are tons of animal heads mounted around the place, awesomeness! they got a gift shop, a few slot machines, a shooting game, which is huge, a giant rocking chair, really good food!!!!!!!!!! yea i know i discribed the Big Texan more than the city, but its a really good resturaunt lol.

Mine would probably have to be Nashville, TN. I have been there only once, and am a HUGE Country Music fan, so it was a joy to be there.
