What do you thing the essential qualities needed in an effective leader? Is a leader born or developed through his experiences and circumstances? I would like to hear a lot of comments from those broad minded people who think about it. As a teacher i think i am a leader too. But what are the qualities need to upbring my qualities as a teacher.
