In Paypal they just have one button "Withdraw money" and as you will go that page you will be asked about your details how you would like to receive your money so that you can get straight in your account . I am from China and I've asked Paypal about this question. I was told that I have to pay $35 so that I can withdraw the cash from my Paypal account. That's quite expensive. So you can see that actually I can't withdraw it from my Paypal account. Perhaps I will use this money to buy something online and I think this is already the best way.

If you are verified you can withdraw it to your bank acount, wich takes about 3-4 days, Or if you have the paypal debit card all your paypl earnings ae in your pocket and you get like 0.01% back on your spendings wich means its a waste of time, hehehe But those are the only ways I know of Ohh wait i think you can have paypal send you a check but I am not sure

The easiest and free way to get money out of paypal is to transfer it into your bank account. This can take a few days though just so you know. If you are in your paypal account go to Withdraw and it should walk you through it.

If you don't have a paypal debit card yet, get one. That way you can just withdraw cash at any atm, or use it for purchases just like a credit card.
