Most of the reader are complained about epilogue did not provided much information about suriviver.
1)What was profession of the Harry, Ron and Hermoine?
2)What happened to hogwarts later?
3)What happened to rest of the Weasleys?
and many more question arises unanswered

I agree.
I think it would have been interesting if the details on what happened to hogwarts right after the "final encounter" were included in the epilogue.

exactly. there should have been a much detailed account on what happened after everything. it just says there that Harry and Ginny had sons and daughter and so as to Ron and Hermione. it lacks there. Hogwarts wasn't also given a clear picture except the fact that the younger Potters and Weasley's were attending it. And then that's it.
I wonder if Harry was able to work for the Ministry or Ron have already been to a Muggle mall or whatever. Or the beach or resort. How did Hermione taught Ron all about the Muggle world. Not just driving with a muggle instructor.
Whatever happened to the elder Weasley's we do not know.

All readers of Harry Potter are so familiar with an adolescent Harry, a hero at the same age, a close friend. Most of them will certainly not hope to see another image of their beloved Harry, ex: a mature Potter fiddling with work every day. Besides, curiosity urge them to know about the later-on life of Harry.
These two wants need to be sastified simultaneously and I think JKR did it with an epilogue enough detailed.

But why? What happened to everyone's own imagination? Why shouldn't we be happy with it as it is? Does everyone really need everything speled out? After all, that is the beauty of books and reading, the little unsaid bits, isn't it?

There is a video interview by JK Rowling about what happens to the kids after the books. If you go on youtube and search for JK Rowling on the Today Show you will find it. It is still on there. It gives more information than the epilogue.
