Generally speaking ,we measure a man's success by the results that he achieved. From another point of view,we can not ignore the proceess and take it for granted to a certain degree. What do you think ,tell me ,ok?

both are equally important. when we work for an effective output, it is important to be efficient. we can't simply ignore the process because such would dictate the quality of our output. the results wouldn't be that good if the process is a trash. besides, we have always been told that "garbage in, garbage out".

Both of them are very important. In Business, we can measure the company's success by its results -- something that can be measured by a quantitative approach. However, we can't ignore the process in order to reach the result. A process is like an intangible thing. We can't see it but we may feel it. Outsiders (i.e., company's investors, customers) and insiders (i.e., bosses) can only see the results. They especially outsiders often don't know how the process is being done. But the process will definitely determine how the success is going to be.
