Do you agree that cancer is a disease of the mind, body and spirit?

I completely agree...Having a strong support system, hope, and a will to fight opposed to giving up or 'what-will-be-will-be' is/can be 'destructuve'...Depression and stress have negative physical effects on the body, can lower the immune system, etc...A positive outlook, being optimistic, hopefull, strong combined with treatment will have a greater outcome then with treatment alone...But that is easier said then done when faced with such a feat...So a strong support of family, friends, and other Cancer patients/survivors can help 'boost' oneself when beginning and during 'The Fight'...The American Cancer Society is a great place to begin with quests like this..Yes -I am in complete agreement w/ you, and that is coming from someone who's been there-

In the Holistic teachings they say. Disease is a sign of Dis - Ease or inbalance. I believe if a person is determined and works hard to balance their mind, body, and spirit, as well as searches out the best treatements for themselves, they can either be cancer, put it into remission, or at least improve their own quality of life, by not giving up hope till the very end. :) . Being Diagnosed with a Terminal Illness is not the end of the road... It just means the road is a possible a little shorter, and yes I said possibly. - DNatureofDTrain
