We live on a farm in South Africa. All around us a lot of intensive planting, crop spraying with insecticides, herbicides, fertilizers etc. happen regularly.
My husband has recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and treated with all kinds of harsh drugs, although he originally went to the dr. complaining of stiff & sore MUSCLES in legs & hands. Severe cramps, followed by swelling of affected MUSCLES (ie. fingers or calf) that never really go down again.
The only significant change brought on by the treatment is the tranfer of funds from OUR pension fund to the dr.'s pension fund!
I am plagued by osteo arthritis & heavy night sweats that I treat with whatever herbal remedies that promise to bring relief. None are working.
I suspect that we are poisoning ourselves with our drinking water. Can anybody give me a clue as to where I can start investigating? I was told by the Path. Lab. the there are hundreds of blood tests they can do, each costing about R250. This we cannot afford! We need to narrow it down some.
