What alcoholic beverages do you drink & how much a day?

Dear miketomeo, I am diabetic patient. I am not allowed to take to drink hard stuff. I have also a block in my chest article. In spite of all physical problems I take hard stuff once in a week because the hard stuff has got the power to reduce the block in my chest article. By virtue of my experience I writing to you that hard stuff really reduce the block. It also increase sugar content in my blood. I can stand with sugar but not with block.

Just two shots or rather two pegs of whiskey a day and that too after sunset only . it is the secret of my health and hope that it will help me in living for another couple of years .
