Indian Road ready to face only $ 3000 value CAR.

Hi all,
There are different companies are ready to launch small car vauled only $ 3000 , so lower class can afford a four wheeler at their doorstep. What does you think ? is it good for indians or it is just too add more traffic in roads... do tell me.

Sounds pretty interesting, but it dosen't sound like a very fast or very safe car. The idea is good, but would like to see it before I buy it :-)
