Knowing if you want to date someone

When I meet someone I know with in a few minutes if it is someone I want to see again. I also know if it could be a more serious relationship when they touch me, as simple as a touch on the arm. It really has nothing to do with physical attraction it's how my body reacts. For example if a guy touches me & I tense I know he is not the one that I want to purse anything further with but if someone touches me and I don't tense or feel the urge to pull away that means there is a possibility of a relationship. I can also tell a lot buy looking in their eyes. How do you know if you want to date someone? What kind of things do you look for?
