Is MyLot wasting our Efforts?

While promoting myLot site, the job of its members is just to attract new members and make them to join this site. I don't think any member can do more than this.
As members, we do hard work in getting referrals and then myLot is not able to keep them. It is a sheer waste of our time. I think myLot has also some responsibility towards its members.
If out of hard work, we bring referrals, myLot should do its part by keeping them attracted to the site. Unfortunately, myLot is wasting our effots and we feel let down to get more referrals.
As on date I have 10 referrals and all of them are inactive. I wish myLot to have done something to keep them happy and active.

Mylot cannot pay all of us like they use to do when they first start because we are so much member. It's harder to reach the minimum payout, but they still can pay us all.
People shouldnt come here only to make money. It's a great community and you can find some great friends online. :)

None of my referral is active here on mylot. In total I have 4 referrals and all of them are inactive. They were active once .. but I guess they don't find this site much attractive and so they left. Also they joined this site mainly for money and money earning is very slow here. I too wish that myLot should do something to keep them happy and active.
