increasing morals

Morals are on the increasing tide, the world is becoming a more moral place every day. The respect for values and ethics is getting better and better. Yeah right! Who are we kidding? Is this the price of technological advancements? Man has become so advanced that he is able to do so many exploitss in medicine, yet man is unable to contain his emotions or his urges. Should he even bother to control his urges, shouldnt he just give in to his urges and be wild and free. It seems to me that most religions have some kind of moral guiding component so how is it that people get so angry and take things personal when those who choose to follow a moral code (if there is no moral code then the inevitable result is anarchy)?

When I started reading your post I was going to ask you what kind of world do you live in?! What you are saying is sad but true...... and it is right in our faces! Everytime we find our something new, we think we are invincible because we know "so much" and we are losing our morals!
