I am a recent graduate of a BSN program and am about to start my interview process. There are several hospitals that I am interviewing at and at different units within the hospitals. I am interested in working in an intensive care unit (ICU) but not sure which one will benefit me the most in becoming a mature knowledgeable Nurse. I am also not sure what to ask during the interview or how to answer their questions. Here is where I need your help. Please offer some insight and advice on how to answer their questions and what would be valuable for me to ask. Should I ask about money? hours? staff? student loan repayment? overtime? wage differentials? vacation? any help would be benficial and any advice on where to start would be nice. Thank you very much
