cold is a very common complaint. medical science has no satisfactory remedie for commmon cold. if cold is not treated it takes seven days to cure. nature cure treatment can cure cold in two to tfreed days. as soon as i t indicated one shouid drink warm wqter along with hot foot bath. in most cases it will prevent cold from developing from further. another nature cure is having fast for one day.inhalation of steam or facial steam is anlso helpful.

I am really very much in trouble with cold. I get cold very soon and once in it takes around 7-10 days whatever treatment or medicines I take. Medical Science have no good treatment for cold. Some natural herbs really help to minimise it.
