I've found they go through within a day, and if not by then they probably won't be approved. If you're still waiting, you can try doing an offer again. Mixing up your email addresses and deleting your cookies helps more offers get approved.

They probably did not go through, it doesn't take that long. Mine are usually approved soon after I complete them. Keep in mind that sometimes offers require you to confirm or activate the account, and if you don't do that then it doesn't go through. Just make sure to always check your email after you complete an offer, to make sure that you weren't sent a activation email.
