I would say the hardest part is getting people to be active. You can get 1000 referrals but if not one of them participates that you earn a lot less than if all 1000 did. Getting people to sign up is fairly easy. Like the saying goes "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink" I realize that for every 100 people you get maybe one will make you any money at all so I try to get as many referrals as possible.

Hi there Draco!
For me it will be keeping your referrals active. I currently have ten referrals but none of them is active.

Hi draco666
The hardest part, for me, has been organising my time, especially as I also have a desk job.

I'm new to the whole internet money "business"-but I'd have to agree with you that finding referrals is so far the toughest part. I joined this program a little while ago and I really like it so far, but I'm just now trying to set up the referral end. All the programs are free to join, and the have a nice forum with continuous updates. The other hard part is that I already work full-time, so finding time to work on this without letting it take over isn't all that easy. :) Good luck in your endeavors!

Getting referrals is my hardest part. I have an automated surfer thing and automated classified thing doing all the work, but I still don't have enough referrals.
