help me stop eating!!

i really have a big problem.... pls help me!! i just can't stop eating!!... from junkfood to chocolates, to candies, to lollipops, to bread, to cookies, to cakes and to real food... whooww!! just can't help it.... i just eat and eat.... i should be on a "STRICT DIET" but instead of having a diet, i am doing the opposite thing!.. and i can't stop it!... i wish liposuction is worth a cent so that i can have an operation anytime!... and now i'm worrying my weight-gaining.... well in fact that its my fault that i'm becoming fatter and fatter!! HELP!!!!!!... can you help me with my BIG PROBLEM!!... i would really appreciate it if you can! =) thanks!
