Jen was Kicked off because Bonnie looks better?

Jen was messing up early in the final stages there when the Chef was testing each one of them. She almost put out food that was missing crabs in it. She also was not a good team player at times and did not help Bonnie when she needed help so I think she was eliminated for those reasons and her performance the last couple of weeks. It did not have anything to do with looks. I thought Rock should have been eliminated actually.

I think Jen was kicked off because she wasn't assertive enough and because she was the worst at the hot plate. Bonnie and Jen have been about even through the course of the show, but Bonnie was able to be assertive and did better at the hot plate.

I completely disagree. Jen has been having an issue here or there every week whereas Bonnie just keeps getting better and better. Last week Jen got in that stupid fight with Rock. This week, she let food go through without noticing the problem. She also messed up all the risotto. She seems to get sad or angry very easily and she's just too emotional for this type of job. On one episode, Jen wouldn't even talk to her teammates b/c she had a stick up her butt and almost ruined the service for the whole team. Bonnie was emotional in the beginning but I feel she really built herself up and became the best on the show b/c she's the only one who hasn't been mean or purposely done something bad to the other players. Bonnie is not just a nanny, she cooks basically full time and just nannys a little here and there. She probably has more time to learn to cook then Jen b/c of her job was low pressure.

I do believe looks play a role in things because Jen is a better chef than Bonnie. However, I think Jen was kicked off because she was the worst performer on the challenge last night. She was the only one to fail the quality test. She was so nervous she was about to serve spaghetti without the crab meat. Everyone else did a good job and passed the quality tests. I also don't know if she would have made a good chef because she always has trouble being assertive and taking control. I am really rooting for Brock to win. I don't want to see Bonnie win, she has had some bad services and she honestly should have been gone a few weeks ago.

I feel Jen was sent home cause she had made several mistakes during that service and was just not assertive enough. She also seemed to have a attitude in my opinion thru the whole show. Where as Bonnie has been working hard improving and has a positive attitude throughout. And she showed she could handle herself in the kitchen.

Bonnie had a better overall service she didn't slack when she came up to the hot plate and she was assertive, while Jen didn't even check the food. that was supposed to have lobster in it and it didn't she had a bad service this time and she slacked because she won the challange. Her and bonnie were somewhat even they both had their share of mess up but bonnie jsut stepped it up this service that was all. I agree with his decision.

i believe bonnie did improve alot and she caught on about the hot plate and jen didnt.but i also think chef ramsey has a thing for bonnie,because some weeks she should have been gone.but she is doing great now.i think roc is gonna win if he can control his temper.and i really liked julia she did a great job,and deserved what chef ramsy did for her with the culunary school.

they were both great cooks. but one of them had to go. and when you look at that night then bonnie did a better job then jen. chef ramsey dont look at overall accomplishment he looked at the nights accomplishment and who did better. cant wait to see next weeks. I personally believe rock will win if he can control his temper. The chef i liked was julia and I think its cool that she is going to get another chance after culinary school.
