Do you hate your job as much as I do?

I hated my first job I had, and I did quit. I didn't like the people I worked for; they were messing up my scedule and getting me in trboule for their mistakes...I just couldn't take it. But since you need the money, stay there. But start looking for a new job, a place where you would like to work. And then, when you get a job somewhere else, go into your bosses office and quit! Then you won't be worrying about finding a new job!

Well, On past december I used to work in Banamex as a account recovery unit, and I hated it but as a diference with your case I arrived to a breakpoint where I got depressed, and I left my job, but I was lucky `cause when my mother knew that she hold me and with her help I´m getting recovered, well just make a balance about which things are really important to you and I desire you good look, just remember you always have a second option or chance

Before quiting,get some offers in hand (Offers with huge package).You may counter offer to your boss and see if he may consider doing your appraisal and raise your perks. I have the opposite situation here. I do need cash but i like my boss.Its been couple years now since i'd joined him. Good luck.
