Our eldest brother came home from Luzon to attend the family reunion during our home fiesta. It was vesper day when he arrived home and everyone was busy preparing the different menu for said celebration. At 7:00 0'clock in the evening my brother approached and requested me to give him 10 pesos only. According to him it will be his last request from me. He also thanked me for all the good things i've done for his children. I accepted his gratefulness but i wasn't able to give the 10 pesos he requested from me for the simple reason that i've no available 10 peso bill at that time. He left our house and visited his friends and thanked them also for everything that they have done for him. On his way home about 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 8, he was stabbed to death by an unknown person. Until now the case was still unsolved. It was too late giving him the 10 peso now. If i've only known that it was already his last request, i can even give him the 500 peso bill i have at that time. In your own opinion, what will you do if you are in my own "shoe"?
