I dont thinks so its an animal behavior called rape its how well your mind is developed it has nothing to do with what others wear

I believe clothes have nothing to do with rapes.. its has to do something withthe metal makeup of men of a society.. if clothes are the only reason then women in purdah in islamic countries would have never been raped .. but it haapens there also... clothes should be acceptable to society norms.. thats it... though i do think the showing bare skin can invited lewd looks and remarks
