someone help me.....

im an ashtmatic person since childhood, hope someone can help me how to decrease this sickness of mine, when ever my asthma attacked me i always used a nebulizer to relieve my chest pain and difficulty in breathing.... hope some one will reply to this problem of mine if there is some remedy to this..
