I personally would have to go with Itachi because he knows his limitations and doesn't try to waste time trying to get something done. His mission is to get in and get out as quickly as possible.

Ok list of the characters I love and why Gaara-need I say more? He is amazing, sexy, and amazing Sasuke - Smart, powerful after timeskip, and I love the sharingan Naruto - Just because he is main char and you have to like him a little Itachi - I LOVE HIM!! OMG!!! *nosebleed* Kakashi - I LOVE HIM TOO!!! *more nosebleeds*
