I understand. Mine wants an Xbox. We have the game cube. I try to tell him that they are the same, we can get different games for it!!

Gamecubes have come WAY down in price though! Only 100 CDN! Compared to the Wii coming out in November, the X-Box 360, and the PS3, be glad she's asking for the one that's about 1/5th or 1/7th the cost!!

My husband has to have all the top "toys" so the kids all get the hand-me-downs!! Needless to say, we all could be on the computer at the same time without anyone sharing!!
How old is your child?

I love those two shows. My sons want the Thomas train track...the real expensive one. All the parts are sold seperately!

My son wants a PS3 and more XBox 360 games. He is going to be 9 soon and his Christmas list keeps on getting more expensive every year.

And the costs isn't their fault!! I wish the kids would be happy with dolls and trucks once again. Luckily, last year is when my 7 year old wanted a dvd player. I got one for $35.00. It was the cheapest "Santa present" for my kids! Thanks for your response!

My daughter wants My Little Ponies and the new castle for them as well as Littlest Pet Shop toys. My son wants Transformers, mainly Optimus Prime and Vector Prime. They both want video games for their Nintendo DS's and game cube too.

Yeah, my 7 year old can't understand why he can't have what his 12 year old sister gets...the ipod, computer, phone privilages, etc. Hard to explain why they aren't old enough sometimes!!

Both of my children are just wanting new bikes. My son had his stolen and my daughters recently fell apart. Tire fell off...oh well. Lets see what Santa comes up with. LOL

I'm sorry to hear that about the bikes. I think mine will be getting some bikes too because they are outgrowing theirs too fast.

I agree with the Elmo dolls. What are laughing chairs? I haven't heard of them!
