Does anyone know any fat free or low fat recipes?

I've recently been advised by the doctor that I need to cut as much fat out of my diet as possible and should try to cook fat free meals whenever I can. I was wondering if anybody out there has any low fat or fat free recipes that they'd like to share? I know a few, but if I end up staying on this diet for a while it's going to get quite boring. Here's one of my current favourites, it makes a tasty rice dish: Rice 1 stock cube (vegetable or chicken) 1 pepper 1 onion 3 rashers of lean bacon a handful of frozen peas Worcester sauce to flavour Add the stock cube to boiling water and boil the rice in this. Meanwhile, chop the onion and fry for about 5 minutes. Chops the bacon and pepper into small pieces, add to the pan with the onion in and fry for a further 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice to the pan containing the onion, pepper and bacon and stir in. Finally stir in a handful of frozen peas and cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Serve and add worcester sauce to taste.

Fish is very healthy. If you like fish here is a really good recipe that has been passed around my family. BROILED fish WITH HERBS (CAN BE USED ON ANY FISH) 2 lbs. halibut, 1 inch thick 2 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt Garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme, dried 1/8 tsp. tarragon, dried 1/4 tsp. basil, dried 1/2 tsp. parsley, dried 1 tbsp. lemon juice Drizzle of Olive Oil (you can do the drizzling method, or you can mix olive oil , spices and lemon together and spread on fish. Either works fine) Good just baked or broiled on top of any fish. Place fish in broiler pan lined with foil (no rack). Spread seasonings and lemonjuice over fish. Drizzle with olive oil. Broil in preheated broiler 2 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn fish apply remaining butter and broil 3 to 5 minutes.

I have a book called "Eating For Life" and you can get many recipes from the net that come from the book. The web site is www.eatingforlife.com. I use this all of the time and I lost over 30 pounds with this book. I am just eating healthier more.
