To be loved or to love

Which one do you prefer?? To love someone or to be loved by someone..

I prefer to be loved, but in this life the rule is ‘give and take’. If I only expect to be loved without giving love, I will receive no love at the end.

Both I like someone who will love and I will give my back my love to someone. Because I do believe there was no excitement and no sense to be love only or to loved only. For me It's not the real meaning of love. If I will love someone It is better that he will love me too.
