Saving money on groceries

For me I plan my meals out for a few weeks. I write all the ingrediants I am going to need and go to shopping. I usually do this kind of shopping once a month and spend about $200. Other then that I spend a little here and there for bread, milk, the things we go through most often. Clipping coupons, not getting name brand items, and knowing which store is having a sale is how I do it.
