Cure for Acne?

I used to suffer really badly with acne too, so I can understand the pain involved. Avoid anything you get from the doctors, they don't work (as you know) and they are not good for your skin (believe it or not). Eating fatty foods does not actually cause spots. It's the grease produced by your skin that causes them. One thing I would suggest is not to wash your face too many times. This will dry your skin out and force your body to produce more grease and therefore, you'll end up with more spots. I can't remember the name of it, but I went to a chinese herbalists shop and I was recommended these sachets of what can only be described as small rabbit poo (that's what they look like). You take them every day and they work by detoxing your body which will end up with reduced spots. It's not a quick fix, as it detox's your body, it takes about 6-8 weeks before you see any difference, but it will work. I used them and within three months, I only got a couple of spots. I stopped taking them and they never came back. Again, as I mentioned, I cannot remember the name of them, but if you go into a chinese herbalists, they should be able to help.

its because of age wait for sometime they would go after sometime otherwise try cosmetics

im sorry to tell u but the medicine out there is NOT gona help u, ive tried trillions of things and some made it worse, until a pharmacy near me , hes a wonderful doctor, and i told him i need to do something to my face be4 i go to uni, and he put together for me a medicine that costs 10 times LESS than other, its very cheap and its working like magic. so if u know near u a pharmacy that put together medicine! they put natural things. its old remedies i think.. anyways, go ask, cuz the chemical wont help.. there is one they told me about ,, but its not found everywhere, where i live its not found. its name is : VITA MERFEN,, but i cant tell u its effect so ask about it!,, my cousin worked with her,, but somebody got it for her form europe or something.. so ask about it! hope this helps! :) good luck
