How do you spare to make fit yourself?

I use to work on sitting on an office chair. I rush to eat when I feel hungary. I could not stay with out eating. This is making me more and more faty. I want to start dietining and also want to fit myself with some easy exercises. But I could not spare myself for this tough job. Kindly adise me. How should I start it all.

Try with drinking more warm water when you feel hungry.Snack on fruits when you're hungry between meals.Hope this helps,sheenshaukat!

Start by adjusting your diet. Eat more fruits and veggies than anything else. Switch your bread and other carbs to whole grain. Cut as much sugar as possible from your diet. That alone can make a huge difference.

I think you have to choose a the right diet, and to make some exercises: you have to kill not less calories than you eat. A big step in dieting is motivation - you will succeed if you you have the goal. Good luck!
