I own the ultra viewsat and my receiver receives the keys automatically and I was just wondering doesn't the coolsat do this. I am a dish store owner and all our viewsat,coolsat recivers receive keys automatically I think in your case it needs reprograming which can only done by a dish store operator. I may be wrong because off the difference in model numbers I may be able to give you the keys but please tell be if yours is a bell express Vu dish or other. (please note bell express vu dish means your dish is bell not your system)

Thanks for the information. I am going to bring it into the store that I purchased it. Someone suggested that I look on line for the keys, and low and behold I found this site. I think this is just the greatest site aside from Daily Strength. org.

Hey if you ever to need to get keys for your receiver. I like told you earlier that a own a dish store and I have just recently opened a website that provides current working keys for Dishnetwork or BellExpressVu check out my website!
