many panel in the internet business promised give paid but however many program only scam and it was make me disappointed, how about your opinion ?

It is true. Be careful with the business that you're going to take specially if you're going to spend some money.

I have also wasted a lot of time with programs that are scams but fortunately I did not pay any of them - so i did not loose any money. You must verify from someone who has been paid before joining any such programs.

Yes, I agree with you. Some even ask for a registration and promise you a huge benefit but after paying them all of their promises are gone. Others will entice you to upgrade to earn fast, but the same story will happen.
