Should i accept the offer as an I.T Manager from a listed company, or should I continue with my entrepreneur life? i currently run a small I.T company and own a small share with another small I.T company where i currently spend most of my time there.. i am only given a 5% share.. however, those guys offer me more later on.. (aiming big)
or...
should i accept the offer from a listed company as an IT manager. This listed company doesnt have an IT department. I will be the one to setup the department, manage/hire technician/engineer etc... the salary is definately much more than what i currently earn.
please guys, gals, ladies & gentle-men, grandpas or nanas... i need your advise...
:D
