We can't deny the fact that SLU is one of the top 5 universities here in Northern Luzon.Fresh graduates from highschool grabbed their own opportunities to study in SLU.Unfortanely, as they go to higher years, their worlds and careers even their ambition turn to nothing and fell down. It's worthless...But here comes UC.The migration of students from SLU to UC is very rampant especially Nursing students.UC nowadays competes the rating of SLU...Which is which?Do you believe that UC is the next top rating university?

I don't think so, I still believe that the standard of SLU Nursing Department that is so high will retain the image of the university being on top of Board Exams result.. I know that University of Cordilleras are growing fast because of the fluctuation of students who didn't made the quota of SLU nursing.. But isn't it clear that the nursing students of SLU are more intelligent because its survival of the fittess style there and all their rejects are being absorb by UC,UB and other universities..

JBrulez, I think..you don´t have to give judgment on UC nursing students because they are also competing in the world of board passers. Be open minded in the fact that UC have the ability to compete as well. I´m not from UC, not even SLU, neither UB or other universities but you´re too closed minded.

...you may be rigth that slu is one of the private institution which has a "rude" way of discarding nursing student applicants but i just wanna say that some students who were thrown were not weak as some of us think....what you say?...consider the multiple intellige...

But of course! I am a graduate of Baguio Colleges Foundation so I'm very much loyal to my alma mater. I don't care much for SLU, I never really considered it when I was choosing schools to go to when I was about to graduate in high school.
