What do you think on the Sentence given to Sanjay Dutt?

Do you justify the sentence given to Sanjay Dutt? Did he really had to pay the price for being a celebrity or he was benefitted for being a Celebrity.

I think he was given the benefit of being a celebrity...others convicted by the TADA court were not left with a bargain where as Dutt was first given bail and then given a 6 yrs imprisonment only.. do u think is this justified?
