she is making me CRAZY!!!

alright, so here it goes.. i am a transferee to a certain school..of course i dont have a lot of friends so im trying to have one..with that a boy came to me and he wanted to be a friend because he was a transferee too.. to make it short..this boy is flirtatious..and to think that he has a girl friend.. i dont want to be rude so i just take it as a joke.. but the most confusing thing happened yesterday.. he sent a message to his girlfriend that was supposedly for me..and know that he's flirtatious, that probably had some weird statements.. so the girl became furious about this..(even i would if i found out my man was doing the same..) she keeps on bothering me..i explained all there is to explain but she refuses to understand what im saying or what he's saying.. i know she's mad about it..but still i think that she should be objective about the situation.. and the bothering thing, that i see she should notice is that it has no effect on my lifestyle whatsoever.. so why am i doing this..?? i just want to know your opinion..i you were me, what would you have done?? fight back for no reason or try your best to make her understand that there's nothing to be mad about?? appreciate all your answers..^_^
