is there a sequel?

I sure think so... After all during the final credits you could see Starscreamer escaping planet Earth.

I was pretty upset when they just dropped the bodies in the ocean instead of tearing them apart first to make sure they can't be revived later. I suppose there could be a sequel but I doubt it would be as good.

I am fan of optimus prime who defends for the good and against bad!This is a nice movie and i enjoyed watching.

Hi : I should think so. Megatron could very well be revived to pose a more lethal challenge to the mighty Autobots. Transformer fans just couldn't get enough from this first movie!! I have friends who even watch it twice !! I guess if the movie producers are smart, they would immediately make another Transformers sequel to reap in the money as another box office hit while the Transformer "craze" is still hot !!! There definatly should be a sequel. There are so many MORE robots that they didn't even show in the first one. After speaking to my bro about it he says Optimus sends out a signal for the rest to come to Earth (in the cartoon of course)

aside from the fact that i watched it for free, it was really a very good movie. my fearless forecast? there's definitely going to be a sequel. do you remember Optimus Prime calling all the other Autobots at the end of the movie? and i guess the producers are smart enough to know they'll be able to cash in on another one! =)
