Most substance would have to be Spider-man.

Hi there.. I completely agree with u dear.. X-men movies have had the most substance of all of them.. Spidey also had but I only found the 1st two parts interesting, the 3rd part was a little boring.. Hope they make sequels to both of them, I am eagerly waiting for the next installments from both stables...

I think X-Men is definitely near the top, both due to the substance and the quality of acting. Spider-Man comes close, but not quite. (I still haven't even seen the 3rd of the Spider-Man movies.) I do, however, think that there have been super hero movies worse than Fantastic Four. The Hulk was really bad, as were Daredevil and Elektra. I haven't even seen Ghost Rider, because I've heard it was atrociously bad. It almost seems like for every good super hero movie that comes out, there has to be a really bad one as well!

I like Superman ever since i was a kid. And i always look forward for the another part. X-men and Fantastic four are also a good movies. They have a supernatural powers for helping people.
