Do you have long hair or short hair when you are pregnant?

My hair was pretty much the same length all the way through. It did grow a bit though and I trimmed it when I arrived in the USA. It is due for another makeover.

I have long hair and have always had long hair..I have never cut it all , and being pregnant did not change it either..

i had short hair when i was pregnant both times and the great thing about that, with all those crazy hormones, my hair got curlier! so now i can wear it long with out having to do a lot to it!

Yes, hair styles can change during pregnancy. I have a lot of long brown hair and I just seemed to lose more of it than have it change at all.

Hi I am new to this site I am 5 and a half months pregnant. (23 weeks to be exact.) I am from New Zealand and being part Maori (native NZr) I don't believe in cutting my hair while I am pregnant. So as a result my hair is down to my hips (I have a 20 month old son). Some women here do cut their hair and some don't depending on famliy tradition and tribal protocols.

I haven't change my hairstyle when I was pregnant, I have long hair.. and I have a clip in handy if I feel hot. I think it really depends on how you feel about your hairstyle that matters most..

I had shoulder length hair at the start of my pregnancy. By the time I delivered, it was down to my waist. I'm sure the prenatal vitamins and all the milk I was drinking had something to do with it, lol. Even though I was pregnant all summer, I just pulled it back into a ponytail or braid so it didn't take much work. :)

Shorter hair is certainly easier to maintain and helps you stay cool especially during pregnancy. However, for some reason I kept my hair long during my pregnancy. I think I kept my hair long because the prenatal vitamins made my hair grow a lot and it finally looked good! I had nine months of really great hair days.

i had a long hair wheni get pregnant.. but since its summer in the philippines that time... so i cut it coz its too hot and it makes me cranky sometimes...

I had medium long hair like you before I got pregnant. I kept it the same length during and after my pregnancy, mainly because I don't like the way I look with short hair. I remember the stylist I had during my college years telling me that all of her clients would want to chop their hair off when they got pregnant bc they were so unhappy w/ their belly and weight gain. My stylist said she would always try to talk them out of a drastic haircut!
