Good places to mine

I have tried to get my hands on all the literature that i can about the game, since you can get the game, start playing it and have absolutely no idea of even how to move, but that is another topic. Anyway, they all say pretty much the same, some of them are a bit more descriptive. But there are almost no places where as a noob, you can go and start mining.
Amongst the many theories about mining (none of them are a fact of course), wheter you like to mine near the water or if there are certain fields you have been lucky on, the one thing one can be certain is that you want to be left alone by the mobs, so here we can talk about those kind of places and maybe include the coordinates so that the rest of us can go

There is almost no known facts in EU. As for mining it's finding what best works for you. If you are starting with a TT finders, then stick to the areas where the mobs are not very hard. Such as the swamp area north of Port Atlantis, only watch out for the Tripudons.
Most people will not tell there mining tactics or areas, especially if they are finding the rarer ores and enmatter.
However if you are in Amethera and have the Oshiri Hearts TP, I can be found there a lot, my avatar name is Deloric, I'll be happy to help as much as I can.
