Can India become developed nation by the year 2025!!!?

Can India become developed nation by the year 2025 - There is an all round cry to transform India in to a developed nation. Our progress is not up to the mark when cosidering the span of 59 years after independence.Have we achieved 60% of education in national level? Some sectors(like IT & space) are progressing tremendously yet socio-economic imbalances could be major hurdle.But surely we must transform India, to benefit its 1 billion population. Does our present form of democracy permit the change in the mindset is the question to be answered.

we can surely become a develop nation by 2025 but for that the people have to develop their minds... the biggest hurdle in our way to become a develop nation is not any threat from other countries but corruption in our own country.. this corruption has to be eradicated first, then only we can be on our path to success...

If we work hard we can become a develop into a developed nation by 2020...isn't that what ex prez A P J Abdul Kalam said? I agree with him!
